We were appointed by BAM Construction to undertake the full range of MEP commissioning services including Mechanical and Electrical Commissioning Management, Pre-commission cleaning and disinfection, ‘Hands-on' commissioning and the provision of the Mechanical and Electrical Operating and Maintenance Manuals.

Utilising sustainable engineering such as natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting and green roofs this iconic 30,000m² development achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating and our seasonal commissioning visits indicate that it continues to perform well.
